I bought a brand new glass 2 perculator bong and I think it's broke because of the following: 1.small stem piece inside the perculator is loose. Is it supposed to be? 2. Water is filling the ash catch part of the stem. Am I filling it wrong? I'm filling from the top and water fills both chambers. It is not a down stem. Never had this type of bong but I will probably take it back. Any input would be great. Thanks!
