Glass blowing.....?

    I'd really like to learn, but I can't seem to find any info on schools near Chicago. Does anyone have any information on the art of glass blowing. I'd be interested in anything. My ideal job would be to make all sorts of pieces, and then sell em at my head shop. I'm thinking that I'd have to go to an art institute or somthing. Do you guys think it would be pretty lucritive? I'm sure someone has some info on this subject. I'd appreciate anything. Thanks.

    cant help u much but google it ....u shoudl be able to find a few places that will hold glass blowing lessons around your area... but i live no where near Chicgago so i cant really help u...

    lol why go to school for glass blowing?, thats expensive you can buy a kit ($500-$1500) a stainless steel glas blowing pipe and a box of bead glass, find some tutorials and u can make em at home if your willing enough mind you you wouldnt be able to make anything really nice with out going to school and I imagin youd need a big stove for thicker peices
