im in alexandria and cant seem to find them anywere how ever i think there is a head shop in George town dc. hope this helps
Yeah ive heard there are some head shops in DC. and west virginia. Looking for someone to make me something special.
maryland would be a better bet, i would think for that i would try and google glass blown pipes in maryland
