Giving edibles to family for christmas gifts?

My man Junebug works at one of those pretzel shops in the mall and always runs a special batch of pretzels this time of year

 

It will either go really well or really bad. I've thought of this before, but then I thought if someone "poisoned" (only saying this because if they don't like cannabis, they wouldn't want it in their food) my food, I'd be a bit upset.

There's also a possibility of them enjoying themselves, but you also have to remember they have no tolerance so an edible may be overpowering. Good luck!

Don't do that. She'll probably get super pissed and lose trust in you. My mom also works in the medical industry. While its not common, they can get random'd. Your mom would never forgive you if she lost her job (I realize how unlikely that is, still its a possibility). Also, feeding someone drugs unexpectedly can turn really bad, especially if those are strong. If she isn't used to being high she will probably freak out. Overall bad idea, though you could offer her one. Never surprise someone with edibles that doesn't already smoke.

 

OP how old are you? It is a bad idea to get your mom high without her knowing, you dont know how she will react for some people the effects arent pleasurable, espeially since your mom already said she doesnt like it, you said shes in th medical field what if she gets drug tested and loses her job all because you decided to give her weed without her knowing

That's just being irresponsible bro. No matter how much I'd love for my mom to smoke weed and change her point of view, I would never go so far as to give her weed brownies. Not cool.

The pot bvrownie episode might have been funny on That 70's show, but it's not going to go that well in real life. I would be extremely upset if someone slipped me something without my knowledge.

I think that giving it to someone unaware of the content, regardless of their views on weed, is not an act of awesome.

Your mother might think there is something wrong with her, it's not worth putting her through the stress...as well, if you did this to me, even though I partake I would most likely not speak to you for quite a while if I let you off that easy.
It might seem funny, it might seem like you're changing someones world, but ethically man, it's not really on..
