    Plant one is definitely a male.

    Two and three show no sign that I can see.

    I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but this looks like a male to me. #1 You can see "bunches of grapes" at the nodes, that guarantees it's a male. #2 The Stipules (not pistils) are the green 'needles' that some beginners think are pre-flowers. They are not. They will never cross on a male plant, and will almost always cross on a female. Go here to see images of stipules. And good luck! :)
