Girlfriend finally got high!!!!

Good job man, once i get a girlfriend i will get her to smoke tons with me, EVERYONE should be able to access good clean dank marijuana, the way to go.

I've been waiting two years for the exact same thing. This weekend me and my girlfriend are going to get high as fuck, her for the first time. I cannot wait. It's going to be epic.

 

I live in California where you think it would be easy to meet stoner dudes... but most of the guys I keep meeting are either anti-pot or just don't smoke it and its so frustrating! Kudos to you, OP for waiting patiently...

I think its more the mentality of most people I've met out here... and I've heard from friends that the "flaky/fake" people are more abundant down in LA...

not saying there aren't decent peeps - just that if I'm going to pick up and move anywhere it would be back to NJ where I know people.

Usually when I think of that, I think of highschool. Everyone is different though.

I'm trying to think of good examples:
- Someone who doesn't have plans for the weekend and when you try to make them with them, either they don't want to commit, or they do and either never show up or call or call at the last minute to cancel. Most of the time, if you go out, you will see these people out with someone else
- "Fake nice". Meaning most people out here are nice to your face - and that's why Cali gets the whole "everyone's nice in Cali". But being from NJ, I can spot BS a mile away and a LOT, I'd say MOST people I've encountered out here are very nice to your face but you can tell they couldn't give two shits about you...

Its rare that I meet someone who is actually honest and genuine out here. Everyone's out for themselves.

I'm just going to pt it out there, I've always heard people from Cali stereotypically weren't supposed to be nice people.

But I'm from North Dakota, I think we get the "nice people" thing, too. But when someone comes from a different state, they don't like us. I think that is what is happening to you. You're just not used to the lifestyle.

Nah, that's not what it is. I've lived here for five years, I know the lifestyle. A lot of people are just self-involved jerks that don't think about anyone but themselves.

Heck, even making regular old friends is difficult here - lots of "cliques" - people don't want "new friends" in their groups.

I heard a great saying once..

"On the west coast people say "Hi, how are you?" and mean "Fuck you.
On the east coast, people say "Fuck you" and mean "Hi, how are you?"

Its true though - I've found east coast people to be more open about their feelings - not so afraid of being honest or being in a confrontation of some sort. Sometimes shit needs to be said - I see too many people out here "Pussying out"
