So there was this one girl...and the most important word of that sentence is WAS...but that also doesn't mean it's true. I was with her for over a year and I truly thought she was something different from all the rest... I was definitely right, she ended up leaving me off worse then any other girl ever has. Since the first day we met things couldn't of gone any better for us and we got together in no time once we'd got to know each other. Things went's great for over half a year and after that things started getting a bit difficult, her seeing other people I knew she was interested in and me bringing it up...Of course I was careful with it because I didn't mind who she met at all, why should I? But when I know for a fact she has interest in them as more than a friend I think its fair for me to at least say something about it. Without going into detail turns out she ended up cheating on me which I stupidly forgave her for about 8 1/2 months into the relationship. I was about to finish her and then she started talking all about how she wished she'd never done it and how I would never compare to anyone else etc...Little did I know how easy a girl can lie through her teeth. The relationship continued, not exactly very well for obvious reasons, and while we still got along we grew further and further apart even though all I ever wanted was her too myself and myself only, even more after what happened. Eventually the same scenario came around again with her seeing other guy's and without a doubt I was understandably paranoid about it, so I started questioning a little bit again...Resulting in finding out she had been seeing another guy for a few weeks, to which I simply made her make a choice either me or him. She STUPIDLY chose him even though I honestly know she would rather be with me and I am almost 100% she would rather that as well although our relationship didn't quite work out as good as it should of...To be honest I think the only reason she chose him over me is because I gave her a ultimatum.... I could write seriously A LOT more to explain the situation but that tends to make people not read so I will leave it for now, I could really do with some help because this girl I have loved more than any other girl and honestly don't think I will love a girl the same way again, not saying I won't find another girl but I can never replace her because there is only one of her and she is who I want.
Sadly, you have to look at the facts. I was in the same scenario with my first girlfriend and looking back 2 years I'm happy it ended. I personally hold 2 core beliefs 1) Everybody deserves a second chance.(Limited to A second chance, not 2 or 3) 2) Cheating sucks. Just look at what she's left you with. It's hard but you really have to move on. Try to forget the graduation goggles and get to the point, there's better fish in the sea.
