Some places that conduct the testing will measure the temperature of the pee to make sure it is close to 98.6 degrees since it just came out of your body. If it is not warm enough then they know right away that it didn't come out of you. They get pretty specific with the temperature, like it has to be above 96 degrees. That's why some of the kits you can buy have a warming device on the bag of urine.
It really depends on how tight your pussy is. If you have a sloppy loose mess of a vagina, I could see it maybe slipping out. If it's in good shape you can keep it in there and walk around normal I think you could pull it off. Temp wise you should be fine that way. I would recommend getting fresher than 17 hour old pee though. I would try to get someone to do it within an hour of going to your PO.

I don't think time matters. Urine is urine, I don't see how it can break itself down especially if it is isolated from the air. Temperature will be all you have to worry about.
Another question.. I dont know how Im supposed to get it into my vaginal cavity. Should I freeze the condom and pee and then put it in and let it unthaw or stick something to the condom to put it in..? Has anyone done this before?!
