I've germed a few seeds to get a new personal stash for Fall semester. I germed 2x GH Super Lemon Haze (F) and 1x Quicksilver Autoflower (F). The two SLH popped pretty quickly and were promptly planted into 3 gallon pots of Ocean Forest. The Quicksilver took about 18-24 hours more to pop and was also planted quickly into 3 gallon pot of OF. After 3 days, only the Quicksilver has sprouted. The two pots of SLH show nothing. What's causing this? Are the expensive SLH seeds bullshit?
just give it some more time and put it under lights if it isn't already. i had some super lemon haze seeds about a month ago and they sprouted just fine
I just stuck my finger in the soil and uncovered the two MIA seeds. One is showing a little life and might make it, but the other seed was definitely dead. The tap root was brown and shriveled. Fuck you Greenhouse seeds, never again.
If the seed was showing a brown, rotted tap root, it was probably allowed to stay too wet. Don't get too bent out of shape about it, sometimes it just happens, even to us gurus!! (LOL). I recently germed 10 fem SLH for this season's "horticultural project", although I got mine from Dr. Chronic, they came out fine. I would suggest using the paper towel method to sprout the seeds and then put them into rockwool cubes. Has always worked well for me.
same thing is happening me here (im aware its 2 yrs later...)... they appear to be sensitive little shits alright!.. my 1st germ was un successful... on second one now..well see i guess!!
