Getting the first Medical State back on track. Hawaii Recreational

Discussion in 'Marijuana Legalization' started by Surf and Stoned, Dec 14, 2017.

  1. Hawaii was the first state to sign Medical Marijuana into legislature. THE FIRST. But.. Hawaii is only NOW getting their dispensaries. Hawaii has been a 'grow your own' for it's entirety of legalization. The state has been throwing out money to keep patients within their limits. It's utterly ironic to spend money on what is making SO MUCH. In 2017, the state finally cut military fly overs and extraction of plants. Strangely enough, there are still helicopters and extractions taking place. It was deemed unconstitutional by the state, and the DEA continues to work outside the law; after all, it is their cash crop.
Hawaii Justice Coalition Policy Institute is a non-profit organization targeted towards Medical Patient Rights and Suing the DEA for their illegal operations. We the people, decided this matter 17 years ago. And for 17 years, the DEA has been playing their games. Now is the time to end this nonsense. HJCPI fighting for the rights for several patients in court cases against the state. What the DEA is doing is unjust. Hawaii Justice Coalition Policy Institute is calling out the DEA and is going to finally end this.

  2. For the sake of argument, please do your research. California was the first state to legalize medical marijuana in the country. Oregon was the first to decriminalize in the 1970's.
