alright i know this probably wont get answered, but its been a week since i've ordered from northwest glass art (NWGA) and they still haven't shipped or answered any emails. does anyone know of any phone numbers i could call them at? i know i've just been ripped off and i know i'll never get my package and it really pisses me off.
Give it some time dude, I have a friend who orderd from them and got hit stuff. The city took me over half a month to get my stuff to me.
yeh i guess i could just sit it out and hope it comes. although i've heard some people never recieved their packages. from now on i'll just go to a head shop, since us pennsylvanians don't really have any luck in getting ccg pieces shipped.
i'm sure you will be alright if you have waited 2 weeks+ then you should start worrying...me and a friend ordered ours and about a week and half we got our orders(mnore then a year+ ago though)...becareful though the pics might be somewhat deceiving i got the twister and although it is a ncie piece for the price...its not what it looks like in the picture(detail wise) but still...so don't worry it should be there as long as you payed with a cc you got proof you paid...so chill and blaze while your waiting
i don't care how long it takes to get to me, i'm just worried because its been a week and it still says my order is processing. how long did it take after placing your order for them to ship it out?
