So me and my uncle basically own this little mini-mart inside the mall (an actual store) where we sell cigs and hookahs and stuff. (Imagine a liquor store with none of the liquor). Basically if he's not working, I'm working and vice versa it's just us two running the store. On a good day I see a lot of fine females even have a good chat and flirt with some, but I could never bring myself to ask for a number while behind the counter working. Would you guys personally do it if you had the same type of job I did?
Not sure why this is even a question. Its entirely up to you. You work for yourself, so not like you can get in trouble. The only negative I see, is you can possibly lose a repeating customer. That's about it.
I picked up a few numbers when I used to deal cards at a casino. It was always kinda awkward for me though because us dealers weren't allowed to take any items directly from players. So I'd have to call a pit boss over and inform them about it, and they'd take whoever's number and give it to me when I went on break. Never was frowned upon though, I don't believe.
I work at a gas station, so it's basically the same shit. if it's slow I'll grab a number. actually the managers don't mind. they think it's pretty entertaining watching the male cashiers game.

Yeah, as stated before you have the luxury of basically being your own boss. So you won't face any major consequences beside losing a customer possibly. Just be confident and ask (y)

The ATM will always pay out the most. I would always be placed on high stakes blackjack tables during the weekends bc I was one of the better dealers there. I had a guy come in a clear me out of lavender chips ($500 each) he was in for 4 grand and walked away with 27, a total gain of $23,000! He came back and gave it all back though, within the next few days, of course. There are three types of gamblers. Professional: In theory all casino games could be played professionally, but most pros stick to one or two games, usually games that require skill more so than luck. Poker is one of these games. Sports betting is another. Normally they choose games where you take money from other players when you win, and not the casino. Social: These people view gambling as a recreational activity, they consider the cost of gambling to be payment for the entertainment they receive. This is the type of gambler you want to be when it comes to the casino, IMO. Problem: This is the group you DO NOT want to belong to. They are continuously involved in gambling, despite obvious negative results. All gamblers who are considered 'adicts' belong to this group, though, not all problem gamblers are considered adicts.
