So, out of all the things I thought I may do in life, I never imagined going to Africa would be one of them. But, I decided that I'm only young once, so to just go and live life. I arrived in early Feb of this year and was terrified. I didn't know what to expect, but got a nice visit from a fellow smoker my first night. We went to a party at a local university campus and rolled a nice one. Good God was I high. Maybe the alcohol increased my intoxication because the second time and every time I smoked there after it wasn't too good. I think the growing quality isn't so good. I'm not sure why it's different, but it's nothing like the stuff I've had all across the states. Anywayz, as far as that time goes, I was sitting there, hitting the joint when it hit me, holy shit man, I'm in Africa!!! What a wonderful feeling to know that I can travel to any part of the world and find someone my first night that shares the same 'interests.' The highs may not have been as good and left me with icky headaches, (boo) but at least another few months to find something better and have a story to tell!
That woulda been a nice experience man, i would lik to go ta Africa one day and try there herb, it would be a good feeling, well done

What part did you go to? I went to South Africa and visited the Kreuger Park for a while. It was awesome, it would have been awesome if we could just toke while driving around in the park ahaha, you would see giraffes and shit it would be so crazy.
Well as of now I'm in Cape Town. I'll be traveling to Georgre and KwazuluNatal relatively soon. It really is a culture shock. I've grown up a San Diego girl with the ability to work for anything I needed or wanted. not the same here at all. I really have enjoyed myself though, ya know, I just want to make a difference for some people who really deserve it. There are good parts and bad, but the best is the people in the beach. Oh, and Table Mt. one day we were smoking on the mt. and a cloud passed right through us. It was so freaking cool!!! I should have told that story to begin with. It was as if at that moment the could knew to come and pass through us and surround us completely. It was great. NE way, until next time. But on a more positive note, well not really, I can't seem to find any good weed here. I mean it's decent, but these highs are giving me really icky headaches. Anyone have any suggestions? Or is bad weed just bad weed? I leave tomorrow until Monday morn to do research, so I won't be able to get back until then
yeah thats fuckin pretty , i had been there last year for a job (Kenya) there are tons of weed everywhere ,and cannabus is only simple plant like wild weed,sticks and twigs .. there ....lol about in all small towns, all families grow weed for pleasure , they dont use tobacco , just weed in some places if you visit Africa, you dont pay money for weed and seeds. try to take original African seeds for in/out door , they are pretty good and very hard!
The 1st story I met the smoker on campus. It was a sort of beginning of the year party as the academic year starts in our winter/spring, which here is summer time. our schedual reversed...so, there was a welcome back party, and i just began chatting with people. Next thing i knew we were getting high. The second time (the cloud time) I smoked with some friends I had met later on in my trip. Only 5 weeks left, i don't know if I'm ready to leave!!!

What is the law like down there concerning weed? Is it somthing that the law enforcement doesn't care about like you can smoke a blunt walking down the street, or is it legal, or what? I'd be really interested in knowing.
fuck I visited South Africa over the summer for 3 weeks. shit was awesome. drank alot and smoked a bit. I visited cape town, Johannasburg, and went up to kruger park for about 6 days, also went up to Zambia for a couple of days. It is quite a culture shock when you see some of the poverty that exists up there. but much of the wildlife up there is beautiful to observe. Would go back down there again definitly if the oppurtunity presented itself.

You can get away with it in certain areas, whereas you're pretty much guaranteed to get partyv& in other areas. CBD for example.
