getting clean for a hair test

    Whats up guys,
    This is my first post here and i just wanted to get as much info as i can. I recently stopped smoking all together ao i can get a better job. I know it will not be fast but any advice helps. Ive been smoking daily for 15 years straight and until now maryjane has never held me back in any way, shape or form. I failed a hair test using a detox shampoo that had previously worked for a friend of mine and now its time to quit. So all in all I'm wondering if there are any tips to help me along the way.
