Getting back into the lifestyle

    Hey all I'm obviously new to the GC community. Although I've looked around & find the information &various threads rather interesting. I reside in the Midwest, so a friendly hello to all my Midwestern tokers, and GC tokers alike. I've been on a rather long 3.5 year hiatus, but now I'm back in the game. Just takin' the time out to introduce myself, and meet some fun new people to discuss various aspects of the marijuana movement.

    Can I ask why you stopped smoking the herb ?
    Just curious cause i stopped for a year too.:)

    Hey all thanks for the responses, I appreciate the hospitality :wave:

    Gavink420: To be honest I was having really horrid panic/anxiety attacks from it and I just wasn't enjoying getting high anymore. Then one day about 2 months ago I was with some friends of mine who toke up, and I decided wth I'll give it a shot again. Obviously everything went okay, and I've been back on the train ever since.

    Santeria420: Thanks man it's much appreciated as I said before. How's the bud up there in Chicago? I used to reside in Glendale Heights, but that was before I smoked so I didn't get a chance to sample the windy citys finest.

    lol Nah I'm not from Chicago, go South a ways and you'll find KCMO :wave:

    The bud here is good, damn good, although kinda pricy ($20 a G, $60 an 1/8, $100 a Q)

    Oh okay yea I know right where that is, in fact I have some family that lives in Lawrence, KS right across the state line from you. Yea same here though, I try to get onions when I can afford it just cuz it's a bit cheaper. Even that you're talking about 330-350 with a decent/good connect, and 370-400 with no connect. Which unfortunately is where I am at for the moment :(

    Thanks Tex I'm enjoying the benefits of the herb that's for sure, I forgot how expensive it can get though haha. Guess that's what happens when you come back from a hiatus, and lost all your good connects from years past. Such is life, I suppose I'll have to start fresh :confused_2:

    That poster in my signature I made is all over a local mega walmart, inside a high school, taped all over, 40 copies in total. I seen positive reactions to ppl to did read them! The one I posted was made before I made this new version, it is very close. Educate the youth before the system totally corrupts their minds.
