Getting an nauseous feeling in stomach when taking a big hit

  1. cutting straight to the chase, i'm not the most experienced smoker out there but my tolerance level is okay and i have had this issue with smoking anything whether it was a bong, blunt, or a glass blunt (those were the only things i smoked out of so far). anytime i get more and more higher, it feels like my stomach is getting fuller and fuller to the point where if i keep pushing it and smoking some more, then adding food to it, i'll throw up. i took a pretty big bong hit for my first time and it hit me straight in the chest it felt like (i'm very lightweight like 120 lbs). i was nauseous for the first 30 mins of my high which was ruining it but walking it off and getting fresh air ceased it. i was wondering how can i stop this from happening and be able to get super baked without this dumb obstacle of a side effect.

  2. Well this is pretty simple just take smaller hits till you build a tolerance.
