today noticed the first brown hairs in my buds ... was wondering about how long it would be from the time they first appear to harvest .. my baby has been flowering 5 1/2 weeks ... from what I've read reckon I'll get a magnifying glass to check the crystals to determine harvest time .. when they start turning brown? also .. anybody recommend flushing the plant a couple of weeks before harvesting to improve taste ect?
When 60-80% of the pistils have changed color so about another couple weeks. You could always cut the upper colas but it's better to cut the whole plant down at once.
