It's 1ish here, and I'm doing very nice. I took more than my normal dose of painkillers so I'm still feeling above average, though I am coming down a lot. And I've been paranoid about ODing because I had trouble swallowing earlier and now my lungs kinda hurt, but I'm pretty sure I'm fine. Ya...
Came down from Addy not too long ago, but still a tad stimulated; got me through another hectic day, and been hittin the bong since things calmed down (and a couple kpins too).
Try starving yourself. Its pretty easy lol. It sounds bad but in moderation its fine. I did like 2 weeks of eating only a few little things like fruits a day and i felt great. You gotta drink tons of water tho too. It really cleans you out and makes u feel great. Dont do it too long tho! After like 2 weeks i lost all my gut and then i started slowly eating normally(make sure not to pig out as soon as you start up again but slowly increase your food) As you increase your food increase your excersice and after about 2-3 months youll get into a good rythm of food and excersice and youll feel so much better. Not to mention how much more stoned youll get.
Depends on too many factors/your body type really. For Example, my body types an Ectomorph. For me this sucks, I lose weight stupid easy and its a bitch to gain weight. Currently I'm on a diet taking in 6500 Calories a day, yet if I run an extra mile post workout, I seem to drop 3 lbs. Its bullshit really

Yup... I like to eat... Im naturally a big person anyways, I put 17 pounds on in 28 days though... Im bout to get back on the skate though, its been a while since I wrecked some shit on my magic stunt wood.
thats how i was. then world of warcraft came and took over my life. luckily i kicked that habit. now just to lose the weight.
I just had major surgery about 4-5 weeks ago so not being able to lift and workout hardcore made me feel like a lazy bastard. luckily I started running again today and I ran 2.5 miles no problem so at least I am still in somewhat good shape. but I am dry and no connects in a new town
