gettin 1lb or more per 1000w

Scrog and topping are good ways to increase yield. However, I'm not telling you you'll get a pound

 

Scrog or sog either one should easily be able to yield a lb with a decent grower.

 

Experience is how. You just dial it in better every run.

 

This. Also strain is very important.

 

Grow shit tons of clones and start putting them in there as soon as each one is big enough and just keep throwing more plants in and as they finish take em out and just have more ready to go in all the time so you never stop cutting down plants. Fuck just getting a pound man get yourself a weed growing machine going and get lots of pounds.

 

I got 1.5 pounds from my 1000w with vegging 600w for 2 months then switching to 1000w giving it a nice kick start from what it was use to. Was also with a low yielding strain. Just lst a few times, top n fimming them creating beast tenticial colas lol

 

Training is key! Top em at the very least and u should do ok.

As long as u keep ur ph in check and ur canopy looking good then a lb shouldnt be a problem.

And u need atleast 20sqft of growing space for a lb id say, 25 would be safer

How many plants did you guys with the 1000 watters do?

I have grown 4 plants that yielded a pound each in a 5x10 tent with a 1k watt hps

 

If u have a square space like 5x5 for example i would do 3x3 4x4 or 5x5(25 total) and it will depend on your veg time what u end up with. But make sure u top em in veg. I recommend topping them 10-14days before u flip them so they have time to recover

1k in that big of space? So it deff wasn't air cooled reflector then I take it

 

How long for veg? I don't want to veg for 2 months though. I'm thinking I'd rather do a few more plants to get the same yield. I'm hoping to grow for 3 weeks, then top, then recover for 2 weeks, then at week 5 flip it. How long did the 4 plants veg? I currently am on my first and have one that vegged for about 7.5 weeks and I'm thinking too many of those would get out of hand. lol. It's 2 weeks into flower and looking nice, but I'm thinking a little smaller would be best.

 

I can get an elbow off 400w so yes you can do it off 1kw.

Elbow = lb = pound

 

I run a 1k light with a 4x6 flood table and 50 plants that are topped and lstd and usually get a lil over a p

 

Just wondering how/why you have 50 plants? Why have 50 plants if you can get the same yield off 1/10 as many?
