    Do you remember which Republican presidential hopefuls reaffirmed the use of torture?

    Do you remember which ones condemned it?

    The US government is setting up a system where by they can drag you down town in the middle of the night and torture you in to confessing to terrorist activities and then execute you with out a trial. It can't be too far away now.

    Im not so bothered by the alleged torturing of terrorists. Considering all the shit America is in now, I really havent felt the need to worry about the human rights of people who believe in killing Americans as the way to paradise. Honestly I don't know what they have really been doing (torturing) but I havent seen any proof of us citizens as targets so how does this lead to "The US government is setting up a system where by they can drag you down town in the middle of the night and torture you in to confessing to terrorist activities and then execute you with out a trial.     Terrorist is just a label that they can slap on anyone.

    Ever heard of the term domestic terrorist?

    I admit that I'm extremely paranoid but I'm not happy about torture what so ever. The term is very vague and could mean anything. It is wrong and it happens in secret. It is positively cruel and usual punishment.

    The US government is run by clowns, puppets and minions who often make the wrong decisions.

    With the patriot act the US Gov. can say anyone is a terrorist and they don't have to prove it which enables them to lable a person a terrorist. Once labled as such the Gov. can kidnap you and torture you with out ever telling anyone. If no one know what happened to you it would be hard for human rights advocacy groups to fight for your rights. Im not saying this happens on a regular basis or anything but the door has been opened for them to do it when ever they want.

    Just a reminder for those of you who have never heard the term Extraordinary Rendition. I would guess that 98 percent of the American people have no clue.

    If anyone you believe that the CIA does not operate with in the US according to law I have but one question... Who will stop them? :confused_2:


    This sounds an awful lot like an inquisition. :eek:
