Get rid of beer belly.

  1. So I just kinda realized I am developing a beer belly, the rest of my body is really skinny, and when I gain weight it tends to just add straight to my belly. It's nothing major I just want to stop it before it gets worse.

    What would be the best way of getting rid of it and achieving a nice flat stomach? Thanks.
     
  2. if youre really skinny already then dont sweat it

    you should be gaining weight if anything, not trying to lose it
     
  3. Look into this workout program called P90-X, it gets you super ripped.. Or just go out jogging if you want to look fit.. I had the same issue lol, and I am glad I resolved it..
     
  4. do a lot of calisthenics and long distance. eat healthy. easy shit
