I would take a dump in front of that sign, then walk into whatever building that is on and ask for $100. Then go to the beerstore and buy a 24, then hit up the grocery store and buy some wings, burgers and maybe a steak. Then call it a day.
A one hundred buck reward for snitching on somebody is kind of cheap, considering you'll probably have to go to court and testify against the suspect(s).
