Should I just place the seeds in soil and watch em sprout like I did my other, or should I put em in the paper towel method?
If it's bag seeds, I'd do the paper towel method to separate good from bad. If it's an actual grow, I'd do half paper towel, and other half in soil.
Place them in distilled water (or demineralized water: what you put in irons foun in supermarkets cheap), for 24-36hours, the white root will start coming out. Distilled water can be found in pharmacies. I use deminerlaized water no pb. Then place the seed white root towards the bottom in the soil, pointy end down, "head" (not the white part) of the seed barely covered. The soil should be watered before placeing the sprouted sed to not disturb it. The distilled water serves to hydrate the seed and makes them pop faster. Leapfrog taught me this and it's really cool and works great.
Do as nature does: There are no paper towels etc. Soak your beans in tempered distilled water for 24 to 36 hours and then plant them 1/4" straight in to your substrate, pointy end down. Good luck and keep us posted! On Edit: Hahahaha Corto beat me to it...again!
