So my 3 babies have germed, and are now about 3 1/2 days old. From these pictures do you think any of them are ready for transplant into soil yet???

You can transplant them whenever. Normally I wait until they fill the space with roots, that way I don't transplant as much. Normally i'll go from solo cup, wait until roots are exposed from the bottom, transplant into a 1gal pot, wait for the roots to expose through the bottom, then transplant into a 3gal pot. I've also heard this method prevents the plant from getting root bound, but I can't honestly say this!
