germinating ?

    do i germinate until the tail is completely out of the shell? or is it okay to throw into soil when it first appears to be poking out of the shell?

    I find no advantage in using paper towels, I sow directly into soil. Keep it warm and moist.

    plant it soon after it pokes out. There's no reason to wait once it has started pushing the tap root out. The paper towel method is just to save you from planting dud seeds.
