I've never germinated a seed before, and it seems there are two popular ways. Wrap the seed up in a piece of paper towl, or let it float in a jar full of a water. The key to both is keeping it warm. So has anyone tried taking a mason jar filling it with water, then sitting it on a candle warmer? Probably a crazy idea, but I thought I'd ask.
Paper towel method works efficiently. Another method with the paper towel is just keep it in a plastic bag such as a Ziploc. Works perfectly fine. Note: Keep germing seeds in dark place.
Candle warmer would get to hot. If your going to do the paper towel method, I dont, put it on top / behind your cable box in something that block light.
Don't make this any more difficult then it needs to be... Place the seeds in a damp paper towel, damp paper towel between two plates, two plates inside a large ziplock bag 80% closed, large ziplock bag on top of your fridge towards the back to capture some warm air.
