Here's a possible fix for "duds" received or for seeds not germinating. I soaked a JackH seed overnight then straight into soil May 19th. In a homemade green house and no go. Dug the seed out the pot May 29th and when I squeezed it I noticed it was still hard. I rubbed the seed between some 320 sand paper and dropped it back into water and into a dark cabinet. 12 hrs later a tap root. Just a tip in case someone encounters the same circumstances.
