I tried to germinate a seed doing the thing where you put it in a glass of water over night. The seed sank which is supposed to be good , but there are no roots coming out of the seed. Does this matter should i just plant it?
Plant it or I recommend placing in a wet paper towel that's folded up and placed in a ziplock bag. Keep in warm place and check twice a day. Once seed cracks and taproot is 1/4 inch then plant root first. Plant just under the soil and seedling should break soil with a few days or so.
I had a germed seed that I planted at like 2 in the aftemoon and I swear to god I had an inch tall sprout at 7 the same evening. Other times its taken five days to break soul
