no idea, but a simple way is to get a tupperware container with a lid and 3 paper towels. Wet 2 of them so that they're not dripping but fully inundated and put them on the bottom of the container put however many seeds on top of that then wet another paper towel in the same way put it on top of the seeds, close the lid and put it in a dark area. Then check every 12 hours to see if the seeds are germinated or if you need to spoon some more water on the paper towels, the seeds should germinate in about 24-48 hours.
