moist paper towel's , cool, dark place for 2-5 day's they will pop or were dud's to begin with...don't drown them with water, just well moist paper towel's will do.. i soak my seed's over night in a shotglass of water to help ensure seed shell crack's easy...then they go right to the paper towel's...plastic storage container's wok well for this..
I would strongly suggest the cup of water germination method over the regular old damp paper towels in a ziplock method. Theirs to much chance of bacteria growing in them and taproots loseing their very fragile root hairs when removeing them from the paper towels. Use the search option and look for cup of water germination, a member here Fence Walker made a great guide. Ive was useing the paper towel method for years and ever sine i found the cup of water method i will never go back.
