Growing indoor. Three high quality plants under lights a few weeks from vegetation. How often do I water them? Is there any tricks I can do to make the yield better or of higher quality? And is it true if you put half water half grapefruit juice it makes the product taste better? Please let me know.
I'll try to help ya out a bit. Watering: Do not overwater. It's hard at first, but you'll kill a plant quicker by overwatering than underwatering it. If you have your plants in pots, stick your finger down to the first knuckle, and if it's damp or wet, hold off another day. You can also lift the pot and if it feels super light, it may be time. Lights: Use 6500k for vegging, 2700k for flowering if you're using CFLs. Or just MH for veg, HPS for flowering. 100W per plant as a general rule of thumb. As for the grapefruit juice, I have no idea. It's probably acidic so if you use it or not it's up to you, but adjust the pH accordingly first. Something that will help your yield is mollasses. Start it when you go into flowering and you'll like the results. If you can give a little more info about your grow we could probably help out a little more.
