Hey guys, I just got a new Gear Bong. It has a shower perc on the bottom then a tree perc and splash guard. No matter which way i fill it the tree perc seems to empty and drain into the bottom of the bong after a hit. The water in the top percolator will drain until it hits one of the slits and equalizes. If i do not fill the bottom of the bong and just the top perc the water does not drain and works perfectly. The bong is ment to have water in the bottom however so I do not understand what is going on. It seems the suction of the water dropping back down after a hit is enough to pull the water out of the top perc. Is this just me filling it wrong or a poorly designed bong. Thanks. Erik Here is the bong I am refering too. http://www.grasscity.com/img/products/black-n-clear-multi-perc-bong-f.jpg
GEAR the company. Nothing is broken. It is just the suction of the water coming back down after a hit that causes the percolator to drain. Like syphoning gas out of a car.
Hold on...if your percs are draining its because there filled up to much.... are you putting way to much water in your pieces haha?

Hold on, I wouldnt say gear is a terrible brand. Sure there are better companies out there but there are also worse. My first bong was a gear bong and I loved that thing plus it took alot of abuse.
Some of them look nice, but I heard a lot of "I tapped the table and it shatterd" stories. At least yours lasted you a while
