  1. they really did a great job with my ticket. the slide i got sent was defected(no bowl in the slide) but they are sending me a replacement and i just want to post this up here. good job guys.

    only thing kinda bad was that it took 4 days to get a response, but im sure they have a lot off stuff going on with the holidays/sales. but anyways kudos to you guys for being a good business. customer for life here :D
