GC shop not working???

what is the exact url you are receiving this error at ?

 

Have your tried clearing your cookies and cache? Everything is working fine for me.

 

Shops working for me.. Used the link at the top and clicked one of the items on the sale banner, both loaded... the banner page loaded exponentially slower, but thats likely just a hiccup in my internet lol

 

Is the banner page on forum load on a similar slowness with shop or do they differ within loading times ?

They load fine now, takes but a few seconds hahaha

My internet at work sucks, so its hard to judge

 

I have the same problem.

Any page related to the shop will not load but the forums work fine.

Im using Firefox 7.0.1 but i also tried it on internet explore and that also didn't work.

Anyone know how to fix this, I want to buy a new bong but can't even look at them

 

I've been having the same problem for a few days...I've cleared cache and cookies specific to GC shop...kinda reluctant to clear all cookies (such a pain to get logged back in everywhere).

Google Chrome (latest stable build, v15.0.874.106 m), Windows 7 x64. I'll see if I can troubleshoot further.

 

For people who can't reach Grasscity shop can you first try pinging grasscity.com via the machine you can't reach Grasscity Shop. You can use following command

ping -c5 grasscity.com

If you are receiving a response like following

Then please e-mail me your IP you are using so we can investigate our logs. You can gather your IP from IP Chicken - Whats my IP address? ip address lookup

If you are not successfully pinging Shop , the problem resides within your ISP. You can try contacting them and ask whey they are blocking grasscity.

 

I'm still having this problem after clearing cache & cookies. It's gotta be something on this PC because I don't have the problem with other computers/devices on the same network.

Was happening for me the other day, doesn't do it anymore.

Are you using any Browser extensions , if yes can you list them.

 

Heh...yeah, quite a few browser extensions actually. I'll list the ones that are currently enabled.

2cloud, A Bit Better RTM, Boomerang for Gmail, Chrome Toolbox (by Google), FlashBlock, Google Quick Scroll, Grab y'all links., IE Tab, LastPass, No Right Click Disabler, RealPlayer HTML5Video Downloader Extension, Screen Capture (by Google), Session Buddy, StumbleUpon, Tab Split, TooManyTabs for Chrome.

I've tried accessing the shop in incognito mode (where most of those extensions are disabled, except FlashBlock, LastPass, and Session Buddy) with the same results. I've also tried in a different browser (IE9), which I almost never use...so it shouldn't have anything extra installed.

Interesting note...tonight I have been able to get access to some pages of the shop -- I could log into my account, see my wishlist, and search. But product pages, category pages, and the home page still give me an infinite loading white screen. Very strange.

EDIT: Just tried with a clean install of Firefox 7, and I get an infinite loading white screen on any shop page. Forum (including banner with shop items) loads fine.

 

WTF. i can't load the website. the forums work fine though. the main page just goes to a white screen and it looks like its trying to load it up but doesn't work! i bought shit on this website like a few weeks ago and it worked fine. I type in www.grasscity.com and then it turns to "http://www.grasscity.com/us_en/" and the header comes up "bongs, waterpipes, glasspipes... ect..."

tried firefox, IE, and google chrome. no go. cleared all cookies n all that shit too

 

i left it up for like 30minutes and got to the main page. now cant do anything else ahhhhh
