sup guys, I've been a lurker for a while and decided today was the day to join hahaha... well anyway here's the deal: About a week ago I had an altercation on Facebook with the Freedom From Religion Foundation on the grounds that they look through soldier's personnel files and then go to their graves to attempt to remove any religious symbol if the symbol is not from their religion. They state that this is in accordance with the first amendment of the constitution and I, being the stupid little phaggot that I am, went on facebook and called them a bunch of slack jawed phaggots who should mind their own business. Well, the argument carried out for about two hours in which myself and a few friends of mine fought with these people. Bear in mind that this organization is based in the US and I reside in Mexico. Well I thought the fun was over when they deleted the post a day later, but today my dad got a phone call from this organization's lawyer and an e-mail from my school's head. Now my dad has to go talk to the head on friday and he will be shown the conversation which I really don't mind as my dad is the chillest dad there is. My question to you is, can these people carry out any legal action towards me given the fact that I live in Mexico and they're based in the states? Well seeing as they have nothing better to do than go bother people's graves or mess with people that hand out bibles or tattoo religous symbols on them, it kinda makes sense to mess with a kid that lives in another country... So can they carry out any legal action? What do you think the school's punishment will be?
For Mexico, I'd probably say 1 week of suspension and sweeping up dead bodies in the streets from the cartel. I doubt if they could do legal action they would contact your school listed on facebook... I know up here in America, the school couldn't do a GOD DAMN thing because it didn't happen in school and isn't related to it at all so tell the principal to suck ur fuckin dick man who does he think he is
