Gangbangers?

Some people have little option.

Others are just weak.

 

I would imagine that they see it as the only real option.

It is most likely something that they grew up around and have accepted it.

 

I really like watching documentaries on gangs and alot of times,it's due to them not having much of a family life,so they find it in gang life.

my cousin was like that. he was born into a gangster family and thats all he really knew

 

I've always been intrigued by gang life. I don't try and emulate it, or want to live that way. It just seems like an adventurous lifestyle because gangsta rap in the 90's glorified it so much, and I was a young juvenile just learning about life outside of Iowa. Fast forward to today and we have shows like Gangland that show what that kind of life is like. It's pretty cool to watch.

 

This is why it makes me sick to see these idiotic rich kids trying to emulate this lifestyle.

I've seen the real shit before and actually had to live it for a little when my mom was a single mom and had to move into my aunts for a couple of weeks

nothings cool or safe about it

then we have some rich ass suburban kids acting like wanna bes. put them in compton or lynwood and they'll want to go back home to their momies providing everything for them


its weird how i have some real gansta cousins and some rich fake ones too

 

I got in for multiple reasons. 1) to better the community Im in. 2) To share my knowledge and wisdom and to extend it. 3) to better myself as an individual.

gang life is all about violence and crime any more. in some areas it may be but thats not the way it should be. i got in when i was like 11 or 12.

Family.


Those who didn't have a family at home, found it somewhere else. Everyone wants people who are there for them, who care and would die for them. Gangs are mostly people who didn't have homes like that so they found it in the set.

It goes deeper then any member's gonna say, but that's the main thing. We all need help from family...even if its gotta be new blood.
