Obviosly this would be store by store.. But mine has those totes in clearance too, as well as 5gal diesel containers for 6$!
It's not as store-by-store as you would think. Home Depot is surprisingly standard in the things they offer and pricing. I'm willing to be you can find these offers at 80%+ of their stores.
Well I was just at a home depot in my home town, and unlike the city i go to school in, this place didn't even have a clearance section.
