    Storm v2.0 broke... fuck. fuck. fuck. The prize jewl of my collection, the peice i looked forward to keeping my entire life broke. I was sitting it down and it tapped the 3 ft zong and two peices popped off on the bottom side of the lower water bubble. Fuck...

    Tommorow i will bring it to the shop and have him make me an almost exact but slightly improved version. Then all will be well with the world, and storm will live on.

    The 5 footer broke a week ago. That was my fault and i even thought it might happen and did not do anything about it, so i was not that upset. Also he said he could remake it for 80 so i will have him do that when i crave another 5 footer. For now though i am not in need of a 5 footer. I will have to replace storm though, it has allways been my fave out of my whole collection. I am rambling. At least i got one last bowl out of it before it broke.

    the headshops in the chicagoland area don't blow at all.

    go to pipes n stuff or novelties n stuff.

    they are both on belmont and clarke. i just bought this pipe for 205 at pipes n stuff a week or two ago. they have a huge selection and will usually throw in a case for free with a bowl and definitely with a bubbler. they are also pretty easy to haggle with.

    just ouf of curiosity where do you live in the chicago land area?

    I live 3 blocks from Wrigley field. No joke. I've been to all the shops on Belmont and Clark. Nothing really catches my eye, but thats one fine Bong you got there. I need to give those shops a second look or two. When I go there they always tell me some ridiculous price and it just offends me.

    they just try to get more money from people who they have never seen before. just go in there and ask him to see a few pieces and really look them over.

    then ask him how much and if the price is really high just immediately give it back and start looking again.

    usually he will say, well i can do it for...

    if you go to pipes n stuff and a younger (20-25) indian girl is working she usually gives pretty good deals.

    gave me a bigger bowl for free and a diffused downstem for 10.

    As ye walk through the valley of the shadowy head shop ye shall find ye the new piece to blow your mind , and the weed god said all shall come to be on 420 next year when everyone is in awe of your new peace. Amen .

    In shorter terms find a new kick ass piece and put it to good use, cherish the memories you had with ye old piece. Sorry for your loss.

    going to cost maybe 80-120 bucks to replace, that is just not that much money to me... also i do have investments allready.
