Okay. So I ordered an Extreme Q from vapornation about two weeks ago (on Thursday) and so they sent me an email to confirm my credit card or something and a phone number. Whenever I call the number it goes to a voice machine. And so I left a message cause idk thought It would help. So I also sent an email back so maybe I could like confirm it or some shit. I have heard nothing from them and I have no vape. And at this point I am beyond fucking annoyed. I don't really know what to do so anyone wanna help?
Well it sounds like they have shitty customer service so I would try to find it somewhere else if you can.

same exact shit happened to me. send an email to their support team once a day til they answer and send a pic of the last 4 digits of your card. they responded quickly for me. no problems after that.
So fucking annoying. I was anticipating they woulda end 1-3 days and I was all excited and now they just shit. But is the email on there website?
