Fuck the Police

  1. Alright. Thankfully this didn't happen to me, it happened to a friend of mine.

Anyway, so he was sitting in his garage with the door open a foot or two, hitting the bong. He had a couple ounces of coke out, and a half pound of herb, and thousands of pills: morphine, xanax, hydromorphone, and trazadones. This shit was just sitting all around him, so when someone came by for a 'meeting,' it would be quick and easy.

Anyway, at one point he noticed a bunch of booted feet lined up outside of the garage door. He picked up as much shit as he could, ran into the house, locked the door, and started flushing.

Originally he told me he flushed 3 ounces of coke and a few hundred pills. But he was on shrooms the first time he told me. Turns out he flushed only like 2.5 ounces of coke, but a couple thousand pills, mostly Xanax.

After they broke in through his back door and tackled him, he found out they had a search warrant. They arrested him with a little bit of coke residue in a tupperware that he had. Somehow, they missed the OPEN half pound of weed he left sitting on a shelf in the garage. They also missed the dozens of pipes, bubblers, and bongs that are scattered ALL OVER his house, most of which have water in them, and a lot even had half a bowl left in them.

Anyway, when he was shrooming, he mis-read the paperwork. He originally told me he got a $1500 fine. Nothing. WHOOPS! Shroom-head missed a 0. Turns out they had been watching him for a while, they had more evidence than just what they found. They charged him with trafficking, it's $15,000, not $1,500. They took 4k out of his bank account, and they're garnishing his wages: they're taking $800/month out of his paycheck.

So, let this be a lesson to everyone. If you get arrested on serious charges, CLOSE ALL YOUR BANK ACCOUNTS AND GET CASH ASAP. Get it out of the government's greedy grubby fucking reach. Fuck the police for arresting people who hurt no one, and fuck the government for stealing all my friend's money.

  2. Holy shit. That is fucking retarded. Sucks to be him. :(

Just imagine his feeling if it wasn't cops and he flushed all his shit, that would suck bad.

  3. Damn dude that sucks. That pisses me off that the gov't can just take out money from people's accounts. Isnt that only something the bank should be able to do, and with your permission?

  4. Yea, fuck the government and police.

Its such bullshit when they sieze all your money, you friend needs to prove that that money came from his paychecks to get it back, unfortunatly most lawyers won't try for less than like 20 grand bgecause they know the government is too fucked up.

Personally I think we need to kill all the politicians, and kill them tonight.

  5. "Alberto Sepulveda
    11 years old
    Modesto, California
    September, 2000
Alberto was killed by a shotgun blast to the back while following police orders and lying face down on the floor during a SWAT raid. He was a seventh-grader at Prescott Senior Elementary"

    Wow.

  6. that is fucked up.

this overuse of power is ridiculous.

i'm sure the cop didn't even see jail time. the kid was probably a drug smuggler anyway right?

  7. I dont know if I could watch that much coke and pills being flushed.

    :hello:eric:hello:

  8. you have to ask yourself how much coke he DID while flushing it.

then again i wouldn't be blowing lines with the popo raiding the place.

  9. So feel free to flame as I'm sure this a an unpopular opinion. Your friend broke the law, was observed breaking the law, and got caught. If he is a responsible adult he knew that this would be a possibility before he started dealing. The cops went through the corrects channels, got a warrent, and raided his house with proof that he was dealing. Honestly he could have had it allot worse than a $15,000 fine. It has nothing to do with the cops/government being gready, fines and jail time are used to deter people from breaking the law. What would happen if they didn't garnesh his pay or take the money from his account and just said pay us when ever you get the chance? Most people wouldn't pay and it wouldn't be a deterent.

  10. I was always under the impression you got the option: Pay off the arrest warrant or get locked up. I can't explain the whole situation but let's just say that he had plans for the money...it would have been much better for him to do a year or two behind bars than for the government to just take the money.

As for the government not being greedy, where did they come up with $15k? They have no clue how much money he's made selling coke. But I do, and it's not $15,000.

Besides, even if legally the police went through the "correct channels," that doesn't change the fact that what they did was morally wrong. I don't care about the law. I care about my own values and beliefs.

None, he was already coked out of his mind and he was trying to finish up before they busted down the bathroom door. He finished before that happened, luckily. They won't pay to replace the doors in his house, either.

  11. Never expect them to. We've replaced door hinges on the front door over 5 times. Have any of these pricks ever heard of ringing the fucking doorbell?

    Actually! One time i heard:

"This is the police, we have a warrant! We'll give you 30 seconds to open this door!"

BULL SHIT! 5 seconds later they busted it open. I was halfway down the fucking stairs, and by the time I got to the bottom I was on the floor.

They dont replace anything. On the original raid, they owed us 300 dollars in personal property damages.. Never saw a dime.

Your friend is in a bit of trouble.. The fines are excessive.. and the abuse of power is ridiculous.. But it is something we all face.

Always remember.. When men have power.. they tend to abuse it.

  12. Well feel free to flame me or w/e. but seeling coke and seeling pills is terrible man! i hope he gets locked up. hell thats fucked up! people like that are hurting the cummunity and people we love. making addicts and making money from it! hell if it was marijuana they would of never gave hgim no fee, it would of been straight to jail. i hate coke dealers/pills, their a bunch of greedy evil people.

  13. I believe some people have to make there living, but i hope at least all the dope is legit an not some cut bullshit that will kill some kid on his first hit...You have to be careful in the game, the police dont bullshit, they know whos got the dope an who doesnt..there just waiting to bust em...Im still happy they missed all the bud though :smoke:

  14. K, sucks that hes got this shit, but I dont give a fuck how rich I got off seeling man, how many ounces and pounds I had lying around of anything, it would be stashed so hardcore no k9 or anything could get at it, and besides, dealing coke is a dangerous thing, its more risky to deal to dangerous people, more risky cause of cops, and its a dangerous drug, and unlike all these stupid people who say fuckpills and coke, Ive tried it, twice or so, and now Im totally against it.
It really does suck, but when you leave shit out, its bound to get jacked one way or another.

  15. Man....I'm really baked and I was readin that story and could imagine sittin in my garage seeing a bunch of boots lined up....I think I would shit my fucking pants. Sucks hardcore for your friend too

  16. Wow, that pisses me off more then anything. Cops abusing their power, people who become theives and killers for the red white and blue.

    :hello:eric:hello:

  17. dam, see this is why I just stick to little ammounts of only weed at a time, like maby a ounce is my max on me, but id have a lb at my house lol

It's not really an option whether or not to go to jail or pay the fine, if he had no way of paying the fine then yes he would have gone to jail. But if he has a job/money in the bank they will take that first. It costs allot more to put some one away for a year or two then it does to take their money. The fine of 15k was what the local government decided would be an appropriate amount, the judge most likely didn't just come up with a number off the top of his head, most courts have strict sentencing guidlines that the judge has to follow.

I don't see how what they did was morrally wrong, the cops have a job to do and that's to enforce the law. I don't see that being any more "morally wrong" then the kid at mcdonalds flipping burgers. They are getting paid to do a job.

Just because your friend had good intentions for the money he was getting from selling doesn't make it any less illigal. That's the same as saying you were getting paid to kill some one but you were going to donate the money to a charity (I know it's more of an extreem but I'm using that to make a point)

  19. Whoa, whoa, whoa, he didn't hurt anyone. People called him looking for things, he never went out and tried to push his product. He was just a guy like lots of us, partying hard but selling some shit at the same time to help pay for it all. He was greedy and addicted to coke, yes; that's why he had a hard time stopping it all. But he was not evil. You don't know him, you aren't qualified to make the judgement that he is evil. Just because he sells drugs other than your beloved Mary Jane doesn't mean anything. Coke and pills are not evil, they just might not be your personal preference.

Hitmen also get paid to do a job. That makes it acceptable? Just because you're at work doesn't mean you can do immoral things and write them off as "I'm just doing my job." That's an excuse for spineless pussies and sellouts. If my job ever asked me to do something I felt was immoral (like stealing $15000), I'D TELL THEM TO FUCK OFF AND I'D WALK OUT THE DOOR. Everyone has their price, I guess. No shitty police paycheck would be worth that to me.

Assuming the police feel that they are "just doing their job," then that would make THEM the greedy evil tyrants. They are the ones that are taking $15000 from someone just so that every couple Fridays they can get their $1500 paycheck.
