  1. My dad's a known pot head I have caught him smoking and ran up on his bag he carries everywhere with a bowl and a lighter.

Last night I put my shit in my spot went to bed.
I woke up this morning to shake on my dresser I had for another bowl and I went to see if my other bud was there.. it wasn't.

I walked out front to smoke a cig and my mom walked about behind me and I was pissed cause I KNEW my dad took it.
My grandfather has alzheimers and my dad went to cut his hair,

I was in a bad mood so I ignored my mom and walked out on the back porch to finish my cig and I looked on the ground and there was my baggie and my bud was in it thank god.

  2. Parents need to be strict dude, my dad was a stoner too, I couldn't smoke in his house.

  3. so u dropped it?

  4. When you're strict about something you do yourself, I think that's called being hypocritical.

  5. hell no I didn't drop it. That's why I was like wtf I ain't been out here it was in my backyard by the pool. I smoke in this house they don't do nothing about it plus I use a smokebuddy so...

Lol.. Gotta love GC for this cause once one is a parent I guess there is no such thing as being a hypocrite anymore

  15. Yep, and being a parent myself, being hypocritical about rules is something we do every day.

"Don't swallow your gum, Don't run up the steps, Go to bed at 9, Dont smoke weed."

personally when my kid turns 21 if they want to smoke weed i won't care.

I would respond but I think they got it covered.

  17. Dude Don't say Fuck my dad. R u Mad? Atleast have some respect for him.

  18. So if your kid sees you smoking a bowl when he is 5 years old and wants to try it to be like daddy, you would let him? Or would you be a hypocrite?

  19. You're and adult and you live in his house for free (I'm assuming) and eat all his food up. The least you could do is not bitch if he takes a little bit of your weed. If you hate it that much buy a lock box..

  20. I'm with that.
Young people have a different perception of reality to those that have been on the earth a longer amount of time.
They could take the parent smoking in the clear and/or making too many allowances as a free pass to do whatever...at least in some cases...

Adults to usually know how to control their habits a bit better and keep things more discreet...I mean nobody wants to get child services called on them because it doesn't look like some semblance of responsibility is going on.
I think in the case of smoking weed/using weed under a parent that's used it before or currently, is that it's almost like a teaching method on how to conduct yourself in a discreet manner more than anything.
EG - If I can still catch you, You're doing things in the wrong manner.

    That's just my take.
I'm not saying that no parent has ever been a hypocrite, I'm saying...that hypocrisy can sometimes have more purpose than one would expect.
