ive been trying to buy something with my visa gift card i have 19.06$ on it and the bong is (with shiping) 19.02 and i cant buy it, i sent in a ticket a few days ago but no one answerd it yet.. i know the card works i bought something with it online earlyier that day, i keep trying to buy it but its not working.
The problem is most likely that it is not an internationally accepted Visa Gift Card. You need to find a gift card that is internationally accepted. Since the GC shop is located in the Netherlands. I would recommend if you can't use a normal credit card/debit card, that you send a money order. I have done this before with Grasscity, and they are very trustworthy.
