I can't eat many frozen processed pizzas, my system won't handle a lot of the preservatives/pesticides and corn flours in most pizzas available in the US, so my favorite quick frozen pizza would have to be home-made canna pizza. :)

It's easy to prepare pizzas in advance, a lot easier than making them one at a time, as you want them. :D

Once you finish 'building' your pizza like below, instead of putting it into the oven, just pop it in the freezer unwrapped for about a half hour to an hour on a baking sheet or circle of cardboard, then once it's semi-solid, you can use wax paper and (or) plastic wrap to seal the whole shebang and put it back in the freezer (usually I'm ready to pre-chill the next pizza, a little earlier than the chilling last pizza is ready to be wrapped... you should pre-chill before wrapping, to keep from smooshing the ingredients, and to prevent the toppings from getting stuck to the wrap when you go to use the pizza).

Now just briefly freeze on a flat surface until firm, then wrap and freeze again until you're ready to bake and eat it!

It takes maybe only 30 - 35 minutes of effort to prepare the ingredients and put together 10 - 15 pizzas, plus the freeze and clean time. It spares you from repeating the process of preparing and cleaning up from the process of cutting, cooking and preparing the toppings... it takes practically just as long and as much effort to make just one pizza, as it does to make eight or ten. :p

Best of all, whether you use canna or not, they'll beat any mass-produced freezer pizza you can find, hands down :yay:
