Fronting someone for an amazing deal

    I am in a weird situation right now. There is this guy who can get me 235 oz of super silver haze. Only thing is, I have to front him the money and then he lets his guy know and the guy ships it in the mail.

    Awesome deal compared to 340 ozs I get right now. Since he has to place an order for it basically, I would have to front him the money first before he did ordered it so lets say I do this on monday, it won't get here till thursday (that's a long wait). I am honestly torn between this :( wtf would you guys do?

    He seems like a nice guy, but I am a freshman and he is a sophomore and he has no money so basically I don't know if he is just gonna take my money and not give it back or if he is legitimate about this. He said he was letting me know (sent me a text a little after midnight letting me know) because he wanted to help me out and I agreed like yea its just a good business opportunity for both of us and he agreed so I feel like it might be good...but just not being able to have the bud immediately and not being able to test it either until it gets here is what I'm most concerned about.

    never front anyone. if the deal is too good to be true, it probably isn't. Don't do it and btw, we can't talk about dealing on the forums

    Don't do it! this is obviously a scam. How the hell is he going to buy it on he internet? no where int he world is that legal, not even amsterdam. don't do it! you have to use common sense man

    What i mean is he gets his orders from the mail, not online specifically Im just tired idk why I said that :(

    I am a freshman in college and he is a sophomore in college

    edit: I don't think I am going to do it though, deal really is too good to be true and based on the questions I asked him, he didn't really say anything that convinced me that my money was safe. There are just so many red flags that are going up, yet it is such a lucrative offer that I just had to ask other people's opinions bout it too

    How well do you know the guy? Is he throwing down for bulk, like a qp and giving you unit price? And obviously it would be from the deep web, they dont sell pot on amazon ...yet :D

    But seriously, i know plenty of folk who's drug dealers are mailmen.
    Do you trust him? Has he received from the source before?

    he trusts the guy, he has recieved from him before. About a week ago he was offering me an oz for 160 but it would all be shake (wtf right).

    He said 235 for 1oz or 460 for 2oz (but I have to front him the money for both)
    I will ask about how much he is throwing down again, but from what I gather it is just me giving him money and him hooking me up with a good price.

    If he is getting in bulk, then I think I will be good to go. Whats this bout a unit price though? And if he isn't getting in bulk, I probably won't.

    Might be something to consider. If you get any bad vibes id stay away, but honestly it is not that far fetched for it to work. If ya get it, be sure to post some pics!

    depends how well and how much you trust him. my old dealer used to be my best friend, i often gave him over £200 to front an ounce for me

    Ehh op this sounds too good to be true, but not everyone out there is trying to rip you off...honesty and integrity still exist in this world. That being said does your buddy have anything you could hold as collateral that could be quickly flipped for cash? This could possibly work out to be a great connection of fairly priced Cali quality bud...nothing ventured nothing gained.

    Ok after sleeping about it and being able to think it over, I don't think this guy is gonna screw me over. He has known for a couple weeks alraedy that I have been looking for a new guy and I almost got some stuff from him earlier but it was mostly shake (I checked this time and there's no shake involved).

    I don't think he would have let me known he can help me out if he really couldn't because otherwise he would have straight up lied to me the first time and taken my money right?

    Okay. You aren't going to listen to people so do it. Go give this guy your money and watch how fast you never hear from him again.:wave::smoking:

    No this is exactly what he would do. If he first time ever talking to you was like, hey give me 200 bucks and I can get you an oz but you have to front it" You (hopefully) would tell him to fuck off. He has to build your trust over time so you don't get suspicious. People lie. It's shitty but it's most of the time true.
