Okay so my plant isn't very big, only a foot and I put it into flowering, its been flowering for only 2 days, if I switch my lighting sched back to 24/0 will this fuck up the plant?
You should be fine. Leave it in flower cycle long enough for the plants to show sex, discard the males, and then switch back to veg lighting until you are ready to take the girls all the way through flower.
