they are light and airy. made with alot of almond meal and vanilla. farm fresh eggs and tree fresh maple syrup, the end of last year batch cuz spring is cumin and there is more on the way.

well i dont rightly have real formula. 2 eggs extra large farm fresh ones i fry up a bit o bacon, to get some grease in the pan...not too much. some milk some baking soda and powder. flour and almond meal. vanilla whip it up, but not too much or u break down the gluten. get the pan hot, and pour em big. add bud for flavor
yea i think our flour has more 'raise' in it than others. actually i really dont like our flour. i have corn meal and other whole grain flours but lately ive been lazy. and no ive never put weed in my cakes. ive smoked weed whilst eating my cakes.
well, I did it, made em! had to! craving was to great not to..now, while I didnt make em from scratch, or use real deal maple sizzurp, they were still kick ass SAAAWEEET
