A friend I know has a 4-5 fter that was grown inside for 2-3 months, then moved outside. The sun-rise here right now is 6:40. Its been outside for 2 1/2 months and has all the white hairs that look like that little buds, or about to turn into buds. When should my friend take the it and stop growing it and start and the other processes??
