So I've got a friend who is planning on smoking for his first time this weekend with me. He was born with half of his heart somehow. I'm clueless on the specifics of it all, but from what I know, he can function pretty much normally, but he's supposed to stay away from stuff like playing football, or other "rough" kind of things.
