Friend searched by cops with 2 oz, and a scale on him

Discussion in 'Apprentice Marijuana Consumption' started by EnjoiKush, Aug 9, 2012.

  1. So the other day my friends and I were driving home, (I had just bought a qp, but we only had an ounce with us since i left the rest at my brothers house where I live) We got pulled over, apparently I was going 50 in a 45 (bs reason to pull someone over) and we had been hotboxing the car with a blunt a few hours before. The cop smells the weed, asks us all to step out of the car. Now, my friend who had the scale had stuffed the zip into his boxers, the scale too. I guess it was just under everything....

He searched the entire vehicle, pat all of us down, and made us empty our pockets. My question is, since he smelled weed, and pat us down, and didn't find anything is there anything short of a dog that he could have done to find the weed? Like, detaining us and having us strip searched at the station (a lot of work but idk)

  2. EDIT: Title should say an ounce.
  3. So, whats the situation now? did the cop find the stuff? I'm confused...
  4. No. Cop didn't find it, I forgot to add that.
  5. yeah they shouldnt of had to do anything else the cop should have felt an O and a scale in your friends pants. Soooo the only logical explanation is that you ran into a cop that is literally mentally retarded lol

  6. It wasn't in his pants, it was in his boxerbriefs/wtfe they were. I guess they were tight enough to hold without falling out. Idk. Luck?
