Hey all... thought i'd share an interesting story that happened a couple hours ago in apartment building. I just moved into the apartment with my girlfriend and after unpacking everything into the studio decide to say hi to a friend that lived right across the hall. Now this friend of mine has been going through shit lately. He's an adopted kid who got a full ride scholarship to the local college - though he was a supervisor at the local blueberry plant (12 hour nightshifts for a month!) where we all work at in the summer and had gotten fired for strangeling a kid that was drunk for 3 nights a row. Anyway - i go to his room and he just bursts out into what happened in a hysterical manner showing me pages of facebook screenshots that were given to him the first day of school at a sudden meeting he was called to. The pages consisted of him offering another kid some bud and cash to do some online courses for him during the summer. i'm blazed off my ass right now and writing this because of the wonderful blue dream he sold me. but damn, some people just get fucked over by fucking up.
Yeah, colleges take academic dishonesty seriously. Did he miss orientation where they explain that or what?
this kid deserves jail more than me for smoking weed. Atleast i didnt cheat, all i did was smoke weed, cheater!!!

plagiarism is taken extremely seriously at my university. But getting kicked out is a draconian measure

The way he described it made it sound like someone printed out private messages of him talking about. I hope they weren't on his wall because if they were that's a silly thing to do.
